RETURN & REFUND POLICY
For the Swingman Rangefinder
We offer free returns and refunds within 45 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@thegrint.com.
Important Note:
Returns and refunds for the Swingman Rangefinder are subject to inspection and approval by TheGrint Shop. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the product shows signs of damage that are clearly caused by customer misuse or neglect.
The Swingman Rangefinder includes a magnetic mount feature for convenient attachment to metallic surfaces. While this feature is designed for ease of use, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the rangefinder is securely attached and protected from impact.
Any damage resulting from the rangefinder being knocked off its mounting surface — including from carts, clubs, or other items — will not qualify as a valid reason for return or refund.
The Swingman Rangefinder includes a 1-year warranty covering manufacturer defects only. To request a return between 45 days and 1 year from the date of delivery, please contact contactus@swingman.golf.
For all other Swingman products, TheGrint branded products, and TheGrint Tour branded products
We accept returns and offer refunds within 45 days of delivery for items in “like-new” condition. This means items must be unused and clean — for example, worn gloves, dirty hats, or used towels will not be accepted.
Note regarding Magnetic Phone Mounts: These products include a magnetic mount feature for use with compatible phones or phone cases, and contain convenient attachment to magnetic metallic surfaces on Golf Carts. While these features are designed for ease of use, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the user's phone or intended device is securely attached and protected from impact.
Any damage resulting from mount or the phone/device being knocked off its mounting surface — including from carts, clubs, or other items — will not qualify as a valid reason for return or refund. The customer retains all responsibility for any damage to personal items used with this product.

If an item is returned and does not meet our “like-new” condition standards, TheGrint Shop reserves the right to deny a refund.
General Information
Return Policy applies to US purchases and return locations only. Return shipping for International addresses will be paid for by the customer.
Returns will be shipped to the address used in the original purchase by default unless explicitly requested.
We reserve the right to accept or reject return requests if there are circumstances outside of the main return or relevant Warranty policies.
