Shipping policy
📦 Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Order Verification: In some cases, additional processing time may be required if we need to verify order details.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- Once the order has shipped from our warehouse, there cannot be any changes made to the order, including updating shipping addresses, cancellations, or items added/removed. All cancellation requests will be processed as returns, which may require additional fees according to the Refund and Return policy.
🚚 Shipping Options & Rates
We currently ship within the United States and select international locations. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
NOTE: Order fulfillment typically takes between 1-2 days after orders are placed, but can take up to 3 business days. Business days include Monday through Friday, excluding select United States holidays.
Available rates:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 5–7 business days after shipment: Cost Varies by location
- UPS Ground: 3-5 business days after shipment: Cost Varies by location
- Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days after shipment): $19.90
International Shipping:
- International shipping availability and rates will vary by country. Duties and taxes may apply depending on destination and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping Cost, Duties, Local Taxes, and fees are typically included as a total amount. If you would like a breakdown of costs for international shipping, please contact our support team at shop@thegrint.com
📍 Shipping Carriers
Domestic Orders
We typically ship using carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx as well as localized delivery services such as Veho and UniUni to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. If there are extenuating circumstances (e.g., longer delivery times, etc.) or a limitation on available carriers to the address provided, we will use the best carrier available at our discretion.
International Orders
Orders are fulfilled with a 3rd party service that uses its own carrier services. They will require passage through customs, which may delay your order. There is a Service Level Agreement in place with the 3rd party stating that the package should take no longer than 12 business days to arrive. If the package has not arrived in 12 days since the ship date, please reach out to our support team at shop@thegrint.com, and we will do our best to help.
📬 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor the delivery status. If you don’t receive your tracking info within 3 business days, contact us at shop@thegrint.com
❗️Shipping Delays & Issues
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier first. Then reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.
🛑 Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:
- You will be contacted to confirm the correct address.
- A reshipping fee may apply
📦 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged or goes missing in transit:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
- We’ll work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue promptly.
