I am a TheGrint PRO member. How do I get my discount code?

If you are a TheGrint PRO Member (US Only), visit The Drop Zone in the main menu of TheGrint. If you are a PRO member in the US, and the option to receive a code is not available for you, please reach out to shop@thegrint.com.

If you are not a TheGrint PRO member, go to www.thegrint.com/proshop to subscribe today! Once you subscribe, you will have the ability to claim a discount code through The Drop Zone.

What is the return policy?

In general, we offer a 30 day return policy from the date your item was received. Pease see the Return Policy for more detailed information.

Please submit a "Contact the Shop" request from the main menu or send an email to shop@thegrint.com to start your return.

Do I need to be a TheGrint PRO member to use the Swingman Rangefinder?

Connected features such as the putting green distances and the relative pin position in your rangefinder are available for active TheGrint PRO members only.

If purchased at $299.99, your rangefinder will come with a free 1-year PRO membership for you to use these PRO features!

Once your PRO membership expires, you will still be able to use the rangefinder's basic features (the distance, slope, and flag lock), but the connected features will no longer be available.

If you are upgrading your working rangefinder, let us know! We will send you a shipping label for you to send your old one back to us. We will donate it to programs that help get more people involved in the amazing game of golf.
